- When does my free trial start?
- Your 7-day Pro trial starts after your first stone photos finish processing successfully. No credit card required. The trial ends automatically with no charge. Creating your account or trying the practice patio does not start the trial. Failed or empty processing does not start it either.
- What can I do during the trial?
- Use the Pro tools to arrange your measured stones, plan cuts, save layouts, and export a numbered PDF. Photo uploads follow the Pro allowance shown above. Each photo counts as one upload, even if you upload several photos together.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The trial ends automatically. You do not need to cancel, and you will not be charged. Your saved work stays in your account. Choose a DIY Project Pass or a subscription to continue editing and uploading.
- Which payments renew?
- The DIY Project Pass and patio design service are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. If you choose a paid option during the trial, you pay when you complete checkout.
